The Waynetown Hornet says: A most horrible death occurred at Veedersburg last Monday by a child of Marsh Nixon’s being burned to death. The little child was playing with a match when it caught fire and ignited its clothes. The burning happened Saturday and the little child suffered more than anyone can describe until Monday when death came as a sweet relief.”
